The world is the middle of a very quit war between the centralized paradigm versus the decentralized world. Two mayor points of views that are now clashing in a powerful battle to define the future of the planet. I believe China is betting on centralized control and the West is moving slowly to a decentralization.
This means that most Western companies will eventually become blockchain based companies. How will companies be managed, how will their capital structure be composed and created. The financing, will be mostly tokenized, crowed funding, fractionalized, will tokens still considered securities etc. What will this mean to acquisitions, short sellers and takeovers. We are entering into a corporate sci-fi dystopia of totall decentralized where no one will control model. We all need to be ready for a new game and where corporate transformations and corporate battles will look very different if we can even see them anymore.
